How it works

  1. Ask your agent to collect information from people. Say what you want to know in plain words. Your agent creates a form you can preview at a URL. Want to make changes? Just chat with your agent.

  2. Ask your agent to send that form to lots of people, or make a custom form for each person. The service gives your agent a unique URL for each person.

  3. Recipients can complete their form themselves, or ask their agent to.

  4. Your agent can then retrieve all the responses. Or you can view them online if you want to be old fashioned.
